Your reservation includes a cozy, private igloo for up to 6 guests for two hours.
We recommend arriving about 10-15 minutes before your reservation time to check in and get settled. If you arrive late, we can’t extend your igloo time, so please plan accordingly!
Guests of all ages are welcome to enjoy the igloos! However, only guests 21 and older can enjoy alcoholic drinks, as per our restaurant policy.
For safety and legal reasons, smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the igloos. Any guests caught smoking or vaping will be asked to leave immediately with their entire party, without any refund.
Each igloo is equipped with space heaters and fresh air circulation to keep you warm. We suggest dressing in layers with a hat and gloves for your comfort, as the outdoor winter air can still be chilly.
If there’s extreme weather, like a snowstorm or freezing temps, we may need to cancel your reservation for safety reasons. We’ll let you know as soon as possible by phone or email, and you’ll be given the option to reschedule or get a full refund.
We love pets, but they’re not allowed in the igloos at The Top. We appreciate your understanding!
After each reservation, the igloos are inspected and cleaned. In the rare event that any damage is found, a fee of up to $200 may be charged to cover repair costs. This includes damage to the igloo’s interior, exterior, or decorations.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, just reach out to us at info@esrockford.com. We ask that you let us know at least 24 hours before your booking to receive a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations, reschedules, or refunds can't be processed within 24 hours of your reservation.
We want to make sure your experience is great, so please plan ahead if you need to make any changes!
Food & Drink
To maintain the best experience for all guests, we do not allow outside food or beverages in the igloos. Any unauthorized items brought in may result in your group being asked to leave before your reservation time ends.
Yes, absolutely! You can order from the regular The Top menu in addition to the igloo menu. Just be sure to place your order within the first 45 minutes to make sure everything arrives on time.
Yes, you can adjust your pre-ordered drinks up until 24 hours before your reservation. Simply send an email to info@esrockford.com with your updated selections.
